Kyocera Solar, Inc. Initiates Legal Action Against Several Former Employees and Ameresco, Inc.
Scottsdale, AZ – April 22, 2008 – On April 15, 2008, Kyocera Solar, Inc. ("KSI") filed a complaint in Arizona Superior Court, County of Maricopa, seeking a Temporary Restraining Order, a Preliminary Injunction Order and monetary damages against several former employees and Ameresco, Inc. (and related companies). The complaint seeks to prevent the unlawful use, disclosure, or transmission of KSI’s confidential information, trade secrets and other protected information. An initial hearing is scheduled on May 1, 2008.
